The mentorship program

A mentorship program for the teams doing the work.

Our mentorship is implementation-led consultancy, not a leadership track. We embed with functional groups and domain experts inside the business — finance, operations, HR, customer service, engineering — and help them incorporate AI into their workflows and design the Digital Employees that run alongside them.

A 150-hour engagement. A small team of five to ten. PPIC Tech in the room, running the prototypes, the design-thinking sessions, the testing and the deployment. By the end, the workflow has shipped — and the team owns it.
