The mentorship runs across the organisation — not just the leadership tier. We work with functional groups and domain experts inside finance, operations, HR, customer service, engineering and wherever else the work lives, helping them incorporate AI into their workflows and design the Digital Employees that will run alongside them.
It's implementation-led, not lecture-led. Over 150 hours, the PPIC Tech team sits inside a small group of five to ten people from the function and runs the work in the open: prototypes, structured discussion, design-thinking sessions, testing, and deployment into production. The output is a workflow that ships — and a team that owns it.
The point of the program is to leave each function able to design, deploy and govern Digital Employees inside their own work — and to carry that capability into the next function, and the next, until the whole organisation runs on the hybrid model.
We're the bench behind the program. Training providers, universities and corporate L&D teams retain us for the curriculum design, the expert trainers, and the strategic advisory that make the work credible — not a catalogue.
